Is this event only 21 and up?
The event is geared towards an adult crowd, but kids are welcome to attend. You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Kids 15 and under are free with a paid adult. Attendees aged 16-20 must have a "Designated Driver" ticket to attend.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes, with stipulations. The festival takes place in a public park, so we ask that you pick up after your pet and use common sense as to whether bringing your dog would be appropriate.
Also please be aware that because of the nature of the event, there may be discarded food items around the event. All pets must be on a leash at all times in festival area.
How do I get to Railroad Park & where do I park?
Railroad Park is located at 1600 1st Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35233. Oktoberfest will be held in the section of the park located at the corner of 14th St. and 1st Ave. Follow the signs for festival entrance.
